Part description:
1. Over 20 years experience in rubber products and certified 2002-edition ISO/TS16949 in October 2003. Also got the KTW, DVGW, WRAS certification for compound E7001Z59 in 2008.
2. All the Raw Materials are Imported from famous supplier like ZEON,LANXESS,DUPONT.A wide range of materials can be choosed ,such as NBR, HNBR,VITON/FKM/FPM,SILICONE,EPDM,Neoprene,Aflas etc.
3. Special material requirement available: High (300C + ) or low ( -70C ) temperature resistance, ozone resistance , FDA compliance, /KTW/ WRAC/approval, UL approval, non-conductive, peroxide cured, etc
4. Thousands of o ring sizes can be supplied.For most AS568 Standard Size,we have the mold.Our molds are all made from superior stainless steel.Can build the molds by ourselves.
5. OEM/ODM Service are available.Can design and produce variours Non-standard Rubber Parts according to your requirement.

10. Inspection machine: Doss 100% sorting machine, UTP ( Automatic projector ), Shore A and IRHD hardness tester, Tensile strength and elongation tester, rhyometer etc.
11. Molding Machine : Automatic material mixing machine, CNC machine, compression molding machine, cutting machine etc.
12. Inspection method: Normally, it is AQL=1.0. For automotive parts, we can offer AQL=0.15 or tighter and C=0 standard Or 100% inspection on dimention and surface with Doss machine.
